  • nursery furniture

    Nearly 1  1/2 later month (from placement of order) the crib and dresser with changing table have arrived.  yeh!!!  the nursery is looking like it's coming together. I can't wait to get some decor and bedding for the crib.  hehehe  it really feels as though we're awaiting for the arrival of an important guest. a permanent guest....     : )

    I'll post some photos as soon as I charge the batteries on the camera.

  • baby shower

    had our very first baby shower hosted by my aunt.  we got lots of stuff we need for baby boy including diapers, clothes, and toys.  it was a lot of fun to see my relatives and cousins;  their presence and support will be much needed once the baby arrives.  having boxes of diapers in the house really sinks in the fact that we'll be parents in less than 79 days. yikes!!!

  • it's a boy!

    i've been out of touch with the xanga for some time now but i've had really good reasons.  hubs and i are expecting and our little baby boy will arrive in july.  it's funny how life has changed so much for me.  i complained that i was too busy with work and school (last fall) and now i'll just be busier preparing for parenthood.  we're on a roll.... i'll post some pics as soon as i get them scanned.  (of the ultrasound)
